Who We Are
We are a government run open admission animal shelter serving the city of Elizabethton and Carter County, Tennessee.
What We Do
We provide animal control, sheltering, and animal rehoming services to citizens of Carter County, Tennessee. Currently we are additionally providing pet food and litter to citizens affected by Hurricane Helene.
