Who We Are
We are Defenders of Potential. As a part of the nations oldest and largest youth mentoring agency, we match adult Volunteers (Bigs) with youth in the community (Littles) so that the Littles can achieve their full Potential. We have been in East TN for over 50 years. Our area of operation spans from Knoxville TN to Bristol TN/VA.
What We Do
We interview both our Bigs and our Littles to find out who they are people so that we can match a Big and Little together that we know will have common ground. Each month a member from our Match Support Team will reach out to check in on both the Big and the Little.
There are also several councils, groups, and clubs that our Bigs and Littles can participate in.
