Hands On! Discovery Center is in search of spook-tacular volunteers to join us for our not too scary evening of fun and science! BOO!SEUM includes a variety of stations to volunteer at including experiments, candy, arts and crafts, games, and exploration time in the museum!

Details:
*BOO!SEUM is on Thursday, October 24th from 4:30 to 7:30pm. If possible, we are hoping volunteers can be with us from 4pm to 8:00pm. If unable to volunteer from 4-8pm, we absolutely understand and as a non-profit we greatly appreciate any time you are able to provide.
*Our event is located at Hands On! Discovery Center located at 1212 Suncrest Drive, Gray, TN 37615. Our phone number is 423-434-4263 in case you have trouble finding the site or have trouble finding the second overflow parking lot.
*Please park in the back overflow parking lot of the 2nd building/conference center next to Crossroads Church. Please do not park in the main parking lot as it is reserved for our paying guests and we often run out of parking spaces.
*Please enter through the double doors located on the conference center.
*Upon arrival, you will be asked to sign in with your information on our volunteer sign-in sheet. You will then be led to a station to assist with for the evening.
*You are welcome to dress up in a costume as long as it’s not scary, gory, explicit in nature, and does not involve a mask or weapons. It is not required to dress up.
*We recommend you wear comfortable shoes for walking and standing, as well as layers as the temperature in the buildings will fluctuate.
*All activities and stations are very easy and fun to lead and involve things like experiments, crafts, games, and more.
*You are welcome to bring along a friend, family member, or significant other to assist in volunteering as long as they are age 16+. We do ask that children are not part of the volunteering process.
