Please come out and join us at Second Harvest Food Bank of Northeast Tennessee. We are looking for volunteers to help pack food for the families and individuals that are in our 8 county area. These are ongoing projects that occurs year around. You can volunteer once a week, once a month or as it fits your schedule. There are two volunteers shifts 9:00 am to 12:00 pm or 1:00 pm to 3:30 pm. You do need to call or e-mail me to get more information and to sign up before volunteering.
We have other programs that we can use volunteers for that will allow you to get out in the community and volunteer with our Mobile Food Pantry Program, Senior Program, working with our SNAP Outreach program, and working with our Veggie Van Program. These all have varying days and hours that they need help. Please, contact me for more information.
